On arrival, you will be greeted by one of our Suite Services® agents as you disembark the aircraft, and whisked away via Mercedes coach to our private Jet Centre facility, where you will clear Immigration and Customs. Your luggage will be collected and delivered to you on entry. Enjoy a welcome rum or fruit punch while you wait for your pre-arranged choice of transportation.

On departure you will be greeted curb-side and escorted into our private facility. Your luggage will be tagged while you clear security and enjoy a painless check-in experience. Relax in our comfortable lounge area, and enjoy a complimentary bottle of Champagne, and some light snacks while you wait for boarding. When your flight is ready to depart, you will be ushered to the stairs of the aircraft via Mercedes coach.
